Kunal has been working in the real estate industry since 2008 and has seen Dubai change drastically over the period of years. He is a real estate and a property specialist with 13 years of stellar experience at some of the topmost real estate developers of Dubai. Successfully launched and managed major projects such as Dubai Hills Estate, Port De La Mer and Bluewaters Island, Kunal has a vast knowledge of the Dubai property market. After having immense success over the years and over 2bn AED worth of transactions Kunal paved the way to establish Pride & Property as the managing director.
Kunal strongly believes that keeping a high level of customer satisfaction equals success and has proven that in this industry, He also believes in delivering his clients the right knowledge upon their individual requirment.
Nitin Chauhan – Partner
Nitin is a highly experienced and accomplished real estate veteran with over a decade of expertise in managing deals spanning luxury villas, plots, and project structuring for property development. Alongside his real estate business endeavors, Nitin comes from a trading background in the hospitality sector with a strong track record and clientele built over 25 years.

The Registration Act, 1908, the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 and the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 mandates the registration of an agreement for sale of an immovable property. By registering the agreement for sale of an immovable property, it becomes a permanent public record.
